Announcing the Winners of the Inaugural IRevelar Competition
The call for entries was very successful. We received many entries from throughout the world. The jurors had much difficulty selecting their choices from such a diverse yet exceptional body of work.
Initially we announced that seven photographers would be selected for "The Revealing” exhibition this fall. Four photographers received unanimous selection from all three jurors. Six received votes from two out of three jurors.
In reviewing the work of these remaining photographers, it became increasingly apparent that including all six was the best choice to make. Eliminating any combination of three was just not going to work because all six were equally exceptional.
For this reason, we have made the decision that “The Revealing” exhibition (IRevelar's inaugural show) will now include ten photographers. The following ten have been selected by the jurors:
